With over a decade of hands-on experience in construction, development, and strategic consulting, Félix is challenge-driven and dedicated to delivering luxury, precision, and first-class results on every project.

 

In 2025, Sophie Goodenough joined BlackLake Co. as the Office Manager. With six years of experience in Project Coordination and Property Management — combined with a strong background in Marketing and Event Management — Sophie ensures operations run smoothly, client communications remain seamless, and every detail is handled with care.
